How a call-out works
You ring, a person answers
Day or night it's Erin or Mick, not a call centre. We'll ask a few questions and often talk you through stopping the damage.
We tell you the price before we come
Call-out and first hour are agreed on the phone. After 6pm and on Sundays it's £65 to come out, and we say so up front.
We fix it, or make it safe
If a part needs ordering we'll leave you safe and warm with a temporary fix, then come back when it arrives.
You pay when it works
Card, bank transfer or cash. You get a written invoice with what we did and what we used.

Gas Safe engineer, runs the diary
Did her apprenticeship with her dad from sixteen. Specialises in boilers and heating controls, and is the reason we answer the phone at 3am. Plays five-a-side on Thursdays, so don't ring then unless it's pouring through the ceiling.
Mick Halloran
34 years on the tools
Started in 1992 after leaving the Navy. Does most of the bathroom fits and all of the talking. Keeps the van tidier than his house and will tell you so.
